Solar Empire project contributions

Today I have made public large contributions to the Solar Empire project:
  1. Released Generic Solar Empire 2.9
  2. Refreshed the Solar Empire homepage by removing redundant servers (Xibit SE) and adding the Italian version and “The Farside” (both Quantum Star)
  3. Hosted Solar Empire 2 on se.browserbased.org
