DarkFlare X6: NO wonder it wasn't accessing it

CharlesRector: Remember how Krioni claimed that
Hyperon was under probation & that one more slip up
and he would get kicked out of HF?

DarkFlare X6: Ya

CharlesRector:  Well, in SE Hyperion attacked and
destroyed my planet and Krioni says that's not a
violation of his probation.

DarkFlare X6: Hmm

DarkFlare X6: You're still within the HF clan in the
game, correct?

After the compaign you lead against him, would you
blame him? Technically, even though we do aid
them(well did with ships) they are a seperate clan, so
what can you do?

CharlesRector: Correct.  6-member limit, so with
around 17 or so HF'er in-game, multiple HF clans

DarkFlare X6: Then it's treason and a violation of
probation.

DarkFlare X6: According to SE's structure, no, it
isn't neccessarily wrong to do what he did, because it
allowed the attack, but Krioni's letting this go by,
and I don't think he should.

DarkFlare X6: I think Kri should be under review for
something like this.

CharlesRector: That's what I say. but Krioni says no. 
Once again, Hyperion breaks the purported HF rules and
gets away with it.

CharlesRector: Yes he should, but he won't.

DarkFlare X6: Technically, it isn't against SE's coded
and admin rules to attack a member of another clan in
the game. But it was a subclan of HF, so that
represents treason, since you're attacking a fellow
clan member in a game. Regardless of the fact that
Krioni doesn't like you or that you're no longer HF,
you're still under the clan banner in that game, and
HY should be punished, because in the game itself the
HF image is horridly tarnished because they look and
see Hyperion, an HF member, attacking crector, another
HF member (For all they know).

DarkFlare X6: Krioni is allowing Hyperion his personal
revenge against you, and givent he circumstances,
Krioni is a bigger culprit right now.

CharlesRector: Yes.

CharlesRector: He's reverting to the kind of behavior
that he showed during the TM-HF merger when he killed
MindWarp7 & accused him of being the fighter stealer
without any evidence.

DarkFlare X6: He's acting with "total authority..."
It's pissing me off. He's bending the rules, simply
because the higher-up HF leadership has no backbone...

Hyper shouldn't have done it, but it isn't a big deal
that he did. Leave it alone.

member underneath the HF name within a game. Let me
put it this way: If I had attacked Sgili in TDZK
before he even visited the forums, would my actions
ahve been brushed off? HELL F'KING NO!
