The only thing that I have msg'd him in this game is
whether or not he actually believed that the reason why Hotaru resigned
from HF was because I had "gotten to him." That does not justify
his violation of HF rules at all.

I just got a new Colonist Transport & am bringing a
new flock of colonists over to the planet. btw, I just got a
Genesis Device for a new OMGN planet at #58.

Where was your campaign against personez? He attacked
me once and you once. Why didn't you want him kicked out.

The fact is all you wanted that planet for was a
billboard and truthfully it had no fighters on it 1 sector from
earth. Any newb could of it killed it, so if it did die, it isn't a
lose. Now if he took out a planet with 60k fighters on it, I might be
made because he crippled our chances of winning.

Your moral levels are off wack. Destroying a simple
planet THAT I PAID YOU TO MAKE, isn't grounds for banishment.

my duty as the Overall Leader of HF in TDZK. In any event, there's a
direct violation of Hyperion's so-called "probation."  Pinkus: You have claimed to Jerle, myself & others

that Hyperion really was punished for what he did in TDZK & that 1
more slip-up would result in his expusion from House Forsaken. He
has now slipped up. Are you now going to do your duty or not?

After the compaign you lead against him, would you
blame him?  Technically, even though we do aid them(well did with
ships) they are a seperate clan, so what can you do?
